Developed for JMC's Xiaolan Plant, the FAW Tooling JCE3-V Package A Project supports a new vehicle platform for commercial vehicles, light commercial vehicles, and new energy vehicles. As the core body shop system integrator, Jiangsu Changhong was responsible for the floor line, side body line, and framing line, including robotic systems, welding fixtures, welding processes, line controls, installation, and commissioning. The project enables flexible mixed-model production of 21 vehicle variants on a common production line. The project was completed successfully, with SOP achieved in October 2025.

Changhong was responsible for serving as the robotic system integrator for the KMC BIW (Body-in-White) Welding Line Project.

Our engineering team carried out the engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning of body shop welding fixtures, welding equipment, inspection devices and auxiliary tooling. We delivered the complete project technical documentation and provided the required technical support and engineering assistance.
