After spraying, the oven sets the final finish. Changhong drying and curing ovens hold a precise, constant-temperature bake to cure the film, then rapidly force-cool the body to lock it in. The result is dependable adhesion, hardness, and weather resistance, with common defects such as uneven heating, orange peel, and color variation designed out.

• Drying (curing) stage
  Heating by convection, radiation, or induction brings the enclosure to the set temperature, typically 60 to 180°C depending on the coating. Fans circulate hot air over the body to keep cavities, edges, and corners at a uniform temperature, avoiding local undercure, color differences, and orange peel. Under heat, the film dries through physical action (solvent evaporation and melting) and chemical action (oxidative polymerization and condensation) to form a hard, wear-resistant, well-adhered coat. A dedicated exhaust extracts solvent vapor and moisture, removing explosion risk and protecting film quality.
• Rapid cooling (forced cooling) stage
  Cold air is blown at high velocity over the body as it leaves the oven, carrying heat away by convection so the next process is unaffected and shop-floor temperature stays stable. The heated air is exhausted promptly to prevent heat buildup and maintain efficient cooling. Bodies drop from bake to a safe handling temperature in minutes, ready to de-line, transfer, and stack without sticking or distortion.
